For a normal woman, a menstrual cycle lasts an average of 28 days. It is usually between 21 to 35 days. When the menstrual cycle of a woman has a length variation of between 8 to 20 days, the woman is said to have an abnormal or irregular period. The menstrual cycle of a woman has a key role to play in determining when a woman can get pregnant. This is why irregular periods are a big challenge to any woman who experiences it, because she cannot tell when she can get pregnant. Other factors that determine a woman’s ability to get pregnant apart from irregular periods include stress and Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS).
We at Shrikhande IVF & Surrogacy Center Nagpur, India understand the emotional burden that infertility can have on a woman and are determined to find the root cause of the problem. Infertility may be a result of certain underlying condition hence we specialise in identifying these conditions and help many women become pregnant upon treating their diagnosis.

As it is with every other method of fertility treatment. There are several things that a patient should be aware of while considering an IVF such as:
Weakness, unhappiness, nervousness, and unable to focus on your work and life are a few signs of depression when you are not getting pregnant. It is quite common to feel depressed; not conceiving a baby after months or years of trying to conceive is a major life stress.
The earlier you recognise the signs of depression, the better it is to deal with overcoming the situation like indulging into reading books, staying away from isolating yourself finding other ways to get emotionally strong.
