Infertility a Serious Source of Depression, reach out for help
Weakness, unhappiness, nervousness, and unable to focus on your work and life are a few signs of depression when you are not getting pregnant. It is quite common to feel depressed; not conceiving a baby after months or years of trying to conceive is a major life stress.
The earlier you recognise the signs of depression, the better it is to deal with overcoming the situation like indulging into reading books, staying away from isolating yourself finding other ways to get emotionally strong.
Not everybody identifies the signs of depression immediately. The signs of depression include behavioural, emotional, and physical symptoms which will indicate if you need help.
