- Working out
A healthy life always must be accompanied by exercise. Exercises’ are almost the key factor to a better life. This is because it helps in your blood circulation, muscle strengthening and maintaining good moods. Vigorous exercises always lead to sweating. Automatically your vagina will also sweat and viscous discharge will be witnessed. After exercise makes sure you change into dry clothes as fast as possible because this discharge contains fungal and bacteria which is dangerous to your private parts. This should not make you worry because the more the discharge the more healthily you are, so keep on exercising. Remember always to shower or change into dry clothes after exercise.
- Constipation.
Your vagina and rectum share close boundaries. They actually share a wall, so technically they are like neighbours. Continuous constipation and force may damage the muscles of the wall between the vagina and rectum, creating a situation of a vaginal hernia called a rectocele. This may cause pressure on the pelvic muscles, you may experience pain while intercourse, and this can make the bowel movements uncomfortable. It is advised to increase the intake of water, vegetables and fibre. If the issue still persists you need to meet a doctor to take medical help.
- Obesity
Obesity has many disadvantages in as far as health is concerned. In this case it creates pressure on the pelvic muscles, bladder and vagina. Hence it is advised that a woman maintains her Body Mass Index (BMI) well within 40 which will help her to overcome these issues and also reduce the risk of becoming infertile, or having complications while pregnancy.

Hygiene is one of the most important things when it comes to women, but you need to be rational with it. Overenthusiastic cleanliness may not be a good idea when it comes to vagina. The outer layer needs to be cleaned with mild soap, but when it comes to the internal part nature takes care of it. The vagina releases lubricant that lubricates it and detects any foreign material. So you are not supposed to use any essential oils or scented tampons. This may interrupt the ecosystem of the vagina and may give rise to infections.
